Refund & Cancellation Policy

StockAttributor PRO operates via Paddle.com as the authorized Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns and refunds in accordance with consumer protection standards. In the event of any discrepancy between this Refund Policy and Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms, Paddle's official buyer terms shall take precedence.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Policy
We want you to be delighted with StockAttributor PRO. If you purchase any top-up package ($1, $5, $10, $20, or $50) and are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to request a refund within 14 calendar days of the transaction date.
2. Refund Terms & Account Balance Adjustment
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the original date of purchase.
- All refunds are processed and issued directly by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, in accordance with Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and applicable statutory consumer protection laws.
- Upon refund completion, the corresponding credit package balance (including any promotional bonus credits associated with that order) will be deducted from your StockAttributor PRO account.
3. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund easily using either of the following two methods:
Send an email to [email protected] with your registered email and Paddle Order/Transaction ID. We process requests within 24 hours.
Visit Paddle's official customer portal at https://paddle.net or click the receipt support link in your Paddle invoice email.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once processed by Paddle, refunds are returned directly to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear on your statement within 3 to 5 business days.
5. Cancellation of Subscriptions
StockAttributor PRO operates strictly on a pay-as-you-go top-up model. There are no recurring auto-renewing subscriptions, recurring monthly charges, or hidden fees. Therefore, you never need to cancel a subscription—you are never billed again unless you manually choose to purchase another top-up package.
6. Free Trial (Try Before You Buy)
Every new registered user receives 5 free image/video processing credits automatically upon account creation without requiring any credit card or payment information. We encourage testing the software on your own files before making a purchase.
