• Account & Authentication: Your email address, encrypted password hash, and an anonymized hardware device identifier (used strictly to prevent trial abuse and synchronize your credit balance).
• Payment Information: All financial transactions are processed directly by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. We do NOT collect, view, process, or store your credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank account details.
• Software Usage & Error Telemetry: Anonymized counts of credit consumption, attribution mode (Lite vs. Studio), and automated technical error/crash signatures strictly for calculating balance deductions, refunding failed generations, and improving software stability.

3. How Media is Processed & Third-Party Sub-processors

When you analyze an image or video with AI, the following privacy-first pipeline applies:

• Local Proxy Extraction: The software generates a temporary, compressed low-resolution proxy preview locally on your computer.
• Trusted Sub-processors (GDPR Disclosure): To provide AI-driven visual analysis and secure routing, compressed low-resolution proxies and API requests are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS (TLS) to our trusted infrastructure sub-processors:
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — Edge API gateway, secure request routing, and encrypted account ledger storage.
  • Google Cloud / Google Gemini API — Enterprise AI visual inference for generating titles, descriptions, and keywords.
• Zero AI Training & Immediate Deletion: These third-party sub-processors process data strictly under paid commercial API confidentiality terms and do NOT use your API submission data to train public foundation models. Temporary previews are processed strictly in volatile memory (RAM) and discarded immediately upon response generation.
• Biometric & Likeness Data: We do not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, or identity profiling on individuals depicted in your media.

4. Payment Processing by Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and acts as an independent Data Controller for billing data, tax compliance, customer verification, and invoice delivery. Our website and desktop software do not use advertising cookies or sell user data to third-party marketing networks. Essential local storage is used strictly for preserving your workspace session, language preference, and checkout session tracking.
